SAP BRIM Trainer

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for corporate users, consultants, or end clients. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials on various modules within the SAP BRIM suite.

• Design and deliver comprehensive SAP BRIM training programs (both functional and technical if applicable).
  
• Cover key modules such as SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (SAP CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (SAP CM), and FI-CA.
  
• Conduct live instructor-led training (ILT), virtual classroom sessions, and/or workshops.
  
• Create and maintain training documentation, user guides, and courseware.
  
• Customize training delivery to suit different levels of users \u2013 beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
  
• Conduct hands-on sessions, real-time case studies, and exercises to enhance learning.
  
• Provide post-training support, resolve learner queries, and conduct feedback analysis.
  
• Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM innovations, versions, and best practices.
  

• 5\x2B years of experience in SAP, with 2\x2B years specifically in SAP BRIM (implementation or support).
  
• Prior experience as a trainer/instructor is highly preferred.
  
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end BRIM lifecycle and related integration with CRM, SD, and FI-CA.
  
• Strong knowledge in one or more components: SAP CC, CI, SOM, CM, and FI-CA.
  
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.
  
• Experience with creating training materials and delivering training via online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex).

• SAP BRIM Certification (optional but a plus).
  
• Exposure to industries such as Telecom, Utilities, Media, or Subscription-based services.
  
• Experience working with S/4HANA BRIM landscape.
