SAP BASIS Consultant

This is a remote position.

An SAP BASIS Consultant is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of SAP systems and landscapes. They act as the technical backbone for SAP environments, ensuring system availability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, Solution Manager, etc.).
  
• Perform client copies, system refreshes, and backups.
  
• Monitor and manage SAP system performance, workload distribution, and job scheduling.
  
• Apply SAP support packages, patches, and kernel upgrades.
  
• Maintain user administration, roles, and authorizations.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with SAP support as needed.
  
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
  
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor\x27s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration and NetWeaver architecture.
  
• Understanding of SAP security, authorizations, and user management.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
