- Monitor ODI jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Manage ODI agents, load plans, and schedules.
- Support deployments, patching, and upgrades of ODI components.
- Provide on-call production support and ensure SLAs are met.
- Create operational documentation and SOPs for ODI job support.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including 24/7 support and rotational shifts.
